Every Tasmanian elopement I officiate is incredibly special to me. It’s an intimate celebration of love without all the fan-fare. Keep it simple but without missing any of the meaningful moments. I will work in consultation with you to create an amazing, fuss-free memorable event that is tailored to you and your partner.
Whether you choose a secluded mountain top, a serene beach, or a charming cityscape, an elopement should reflect the personality and values of the couple - creating a memorable, meaningful, and unique day.
I love helping couples so they can have a stressfree and seamless approach to getting married, and an elopement allows lots of couples the freedom to do it on their own terms. I offer a fresh, modern, vibrant and enthusiastic approach and will go out of my way to ensure that your elopement is everything that you dreamt it could be. And if you’re not from Tasmania and would like advice on vendors and venues I can point you in the right direction.
other ceremonies
Perhaps you want to celebrate your love for each other without the legalities, or you may wish to renew your vows at a special time in your life. I would be honoured to conduct a commitment ceremony or a renewal of vows ceremony for you.
As there are no legal requirements for these ceremonies you have the complete freedom to make your day unique. Your ceremony can reflect your wishes, values and ultimately celebrate you as a couple.

what’s the first step?

Contact me via the website, email, phone or whatever suits you best. Let’s meet up, whether in person or through zoom. There is no obligation with our initial meeting. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and decide if I am the right fit for you for your special day.

If you decide to choose me as your Celebrant a deposit will be required to secure your date.

We will kickstart the first legal document (called the Notice of Intended Marriage) and authenticate your documents.

We will start planning your ceremony!
I will ask to complete a couples questionnaire, that helps me personalise your ceremony and gather information that is relevant to your day.
I can promise unlimited consultation via phone calls, skype and emails as frequently as required or desired.
I will provide access to my Celebrants compendium to help you choose wording, readings, vows etc. This means having access to a range of information and resources to ensure you can have lots of options to play a significant role in planning the ceremony to best represent you as a couple.
I will write your personalised wedding ceremony, making as many changes as may be needed and providing time to look over it before you big day!

Prior to the wedding day I will prepare the legal paperwork, check in with you with final details for the special day. If you would like to have a rehearsal this can be arranged closer to the date.
